      Great company but.....

      Pros

      Salary, lots of unusual benefits, tech forward. Reliable, solid company. Don't believe in cutting workers unless absolutely necessary. Profit sharing for those not on commission based salary is great when the market is up.

      Cons

      Mobility is almost impossible if you don't live in Memphis, TN. Unless you live close to world HQ, or are very willing to relo, it's almost impossible to move up within the company. Upper management is out touch. Lots of RahRah management speak, but reality doesn't come close to what they preach. Very much in the box....
