Nothing much to say about the company in terms of good.

Cons

No proper treatment to employee .No work life balance , Team collabaration is not good. Have to work late nights.

great for busy students and tuition reimbursment is solid

2.0 is a complete disaster in every way shape and form hours are steadly going down and minimum hours for benefits including insurance went up by almost 50 percent they switched to united too... since 2.0 internal growth is non existent. Stations can no longer decide who they promote and elect to move up. district makes the calls now. I make less than when I was a new hire without accounting for inflation. also Fedex is shutting down nearly 30% of all warehouses in the next year or two. 2.0 and the new company under Raj is awful. less safe too with more third party red tape to tackle immediate dangers.
