Pros
Coworkers, that’s about it. Having nice coworkers to work with helps with getting through the shifts. Pay is alright. Sometimes you’ll get a nice manager which also helps. You can call off quite a bit and they don’t care.
Cons
The building is old. It isn’t temperature controlled and the only way to be cooled is extremely old fans that most don’t even work. While I was there in fact, one fell on an employee. They don’t care about your health, and safety. Half the managers are creeps to the young women working there and HR couldn’t give less of a care. It’s extremely disorganized, you can be sent all over the place due to lack of staffing or you can be sent home due to “over staffing”. When it gets busy even managers are a wreck.
