Upper management is literally clueless and rely on supervisors to plan and execute every single aspect of the operation. If you have a question to ask management, you officially have flaws. As a supervisor you are Upper management, corporate level planner, full blown hr, employee relations, payroll/accounting, document writer, and a recruiter.

-No good benefits or perks -Had to go through a medal detector every time you go in or out of the building was a HUGE hassle -Didn’t care about their employees
