Nice team members, nice building, traveling to uniontown Ohio I stayed in a nice hotel. I worked from home.

Cons

Was promised a pension that was taken away, was promised over $60,000 per year and that was taken away. After 6 months dropped down to 35,000 and barely made commission. The spilt was very very low. If you didn’t have the hq account you did not get paid. Barely any money that they promised. This division of Fedex keeps changing their name from truckload brokerage to supply chain to Fedex transportation.

FedEx is the best company to advance with.

Cons

Supply chain is new to FedEx and there are too many clients to please, it trickles down to your management team on the floor making the goals happen with little to no recognition. Lack optimism when it comes to company changes. Retention is non existent. High workplace violence incidents (York location) Supply Chain was a great yet difficult experience.
