      Pros

      Absolutely love the job and the company. It is physically demanding at times and just mentally demanding enough to keep things from getting boring. Basically show up on time, do your job, and get paid without any of the typical BS associated with other jobs. Fantastic especially if you have another job during the day.

      Cons

      Only con I have is some employees like to whine. Ignore them and just do your job.

      Physical, decent pay, time off, tuition reimbursement, benefits, company benefits, advancement available. Safety Teams available.

      Cons

      Hours. Hard work, repetitive movement - your upper body will get sore! Fast paced, you need to meet numbers, but if you stay on task it's possible.
