      Great benefits, pay for licensces, pay is decent for call center, reputable company to work for

      Cons

      Do not see to much advancement between functions; managers are really picky on call reviews; managers really push you to work overtime when available; commission are based on customer reviews, even if you hit numbers if team review is bad no payout

      Pros

      Great benefits (dental, vision, vacation, tuition reimbursement, gym memebership reimbusement) The training provided is beneficial as it is comprehansive in Health & Welfare and Payroll benefit knowledge.

      Cons

      Little opportunity to move up within call centre. Tough to take ownership of issues as there are different departments that might need to work on an issue and the communication is inefficient between them. Addionally management is constantly changing the evaluation metrics, often times reverting back to old methods. Company is in transition period as many jobs are being relocated to other centres and thus long term stability within the organization is delicate.

      Pros

      A strong sense of right and wrong and a very strong brand name. The past year or so has seen a lot of transition withing the company. Relocations and job eliminations are very nerve racking. However, my impression to date based on personal experience and talking with other colleagues, Fidelity tries to ensure a seamless transition.

      Cons

      As of the date of this submission, there are jobs being transfered to new locations. Relocation is not necessarilly a bad thing, but does cause anxiety.
