At Firstsource, we maintain standard processes regarding employee exit formalities to ensure fairness and compliance for all. As per company policy, if an individual absconds (leaves without completing notice period and formal handover), a negative remark may be mentioned in their experience/relieving documents. This is a common practice across industries to maintain transparency for future employers. Additionally, any applicable dues must be cleared to issue formal documentation, as outlined in our policies shared during onboarding.
