Pros
Excellent, supportive team and leadership in this department. Lots of autonomy and the ability to take on meaningful side projects. Ford understands work and respects work/life balancing and provides excellent benefits. Ability to grow and contribute to different departments thoughout career. This company is the 1st place ive worked that I could see myself retiring in.
Cons
Recent and expected changes have the sellers that we support a bit frustrated thus we are sometimes a soundingboard or cheerleader for them. Keeping positive and being adaptable is required.
