      Good organisation, smart individuals, well respected accounting firm.

      Cons

      You need to be at your absolute best as an accountant coming in, so naturally that places a heap of pressure. Work budgets are very tight and you will be micro-managed. Whether you’re coming from a small practice trialling a large practice or hopping over from a big 4/or another mid-tier practice into a Mazars, you need to be at your very best.
