      Variety of projects, great culture, diversity, flexibility, generous PTO

      Cons

      Hours might be long, but generally much better than in other PA firms. Benefits are ok, but could be better

      Pros

      Fast growing firm in a good office location

      Cons

      I've been across the 3 audit departments; privately owned business, Industry and Services and Financial services. POB and I&S are ok - work life balance is manageable but sometimes gets a bit hairy in busy season (Jan - Mar). FS on the other hand is horrible. Team morale is low, there is no culture and work life balance is terrible.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and leads in a way that fosters good team work. They are also considerate of work life balance and the well being of staff.

      Cons

      Work load is tough especially on busy periods. Being a mid-size firm, project budgets are more restrictive than big 4 firms.
