No Doubt, THE BEST Place to work! I am thankful to the company for providing me the opportunities that have helped me to grow technically (CRM Database) as well as professionally. Really appreciate the way they care for an employee. I have learned a lot in my the span of 6 months with Mazars. I am not going to forget the kindness of management and all of my colleagues (TheHub Team). HR: A happy person with a smiling face always. Always ready to listen to employee queries/concerns and try to help in the best possible way. Manager: Has always been a friend more than a Manager.

Audit software is out of date (project underway). All back office/admin needs streamlining and focus on supporting client facing teams.

- Junior staff and certain Partners in Insurance are amazing to work with. - Dont care about work life balance - but people leave at 5 15 on the dot

Cons

- French domination in London within risk management team leading to favoritism to french speaking individuals - Toxic politics lead to low performers being booked on to good projects - Senior staff unwilling to teach/ train associates which defeats purpose - No respect for the career direction you as an individual want to take
