too much workload, you have to handle 3 peoples jobscope at once and they expected you to excellent and do well in every scope

There is somewhat support from senior managers and managers but the role becomes extremely blurred between supervisor and a trainee. A lot of the time you are expected to pickup the slack of trainees and undercharge the time taken to fix other people’s work. Environment can be quite toxic with managers rude, aggressive, no respect for boundaries etc.
