Cons

Well, it depends on the department which you are in. Although the firm has pretty much of a fixed working time, it has very high employee turnover because of work pressure (but not as big as in Big 4). Tax department is quite small, but one could say that it is a plus.

Great office environment to work in, modern office Lots of options to get involved in charitable work Dress down days for charity Development plans for career progression At times hectic but still time to have a chat and a laugh with colleagues Received a LOT of support from management with medical appointments following injury Whole array of benefits Extra day holiday over Christmas Huge range of clients to work on Partners sit directly with their teams rather than in a separate office Growing business which offers a lot of opportunities to staff.

Cons

Benefits offered varying depending on the grade. It would be great to see this be the same across the board to add to the one team environment Mazars is keen to achieve. No secondment opportunities for support staff.
