      Because it's big it looks good on your resume... that's it.

      Cons

      The head of IT work hours structure On call is a joke - they think they are giving you a bonus by giving you 200 extra per week. You are on call the whole week (you get lots of after midnight calls) AND then you have to work your regular shift.

      They have a very relaxed environment, and allow you to do the normal things required in life so you don't feel like you're in school.

      Cons

      They do not have very good training to improve your standing in the company, as well as the fact that the higher level staff are not great at assisting and giving guidance.
