We strive to be the best company we can be, but as with every growing organization, there are areas for improvement. Specifically we wanted to address your two comments about our Performance Rating System and our physical space. Our performance management system measures 11 different items, and while billable hours is one of them, it holds no more weight than any of the other areas. Our Human Resources Directors together with our Director of Talent Management will be looking at current best practices in performance evaluation to see how we can improve on it in the near future.
As far as our physical space, we have nearly doubled the number of employees in the firm over the past 5 years or so, and the issue of expansion or relocation of our headquarters in New York is now being addressed. Whether we stay or move, we will have a revamped layout, seating and conference rooms, and updated restrooms. We look forward to sharing more information as we have it.
