      Office is clear, good facilities and regular company updates

      Cons

      Management are poorly selected, bullying is constantly ignored and individuals are promoted regardless. Unclear documented processes = Resulting in impromptu disciplinary meetings for not following processes that have yet to be determined or communicated.

      Employee benefit not bad, some colleagues are nice

      Cons

      Very toxic management, got verbally and mentally abused by them for years. Got PTSD as souvenir. OT non stop, as boss encourage physical presences Recognition? Non existence. Management team will team up and attacks you when they deem you as the weakest link. There is no learning curve here, they expects you to fly before you can walk.
