Flexible working hour which allows you to start working between 7.30 a.m. to 9.30a.m. as long as you work for 8 hours, sufficient study leave (8+1days for first attempt, 5+1days for second attempt, 3+1days for third attempt, 1days for forth attempt onward)

All partners are amazing, they have an open door policy Plenty of challenging work if your up for the challenge The managers are amazing and will help you succeed There is an amazing culture at Mazars, relaxed environment and great people You get to work directly with partners and senior mangers

Cons

Very behind on technology There is no formal scheduling process , they are trying to work on it. The communication between offices could be better Mangers need to mange there work and not just be reviewers this is a big problem Long hours, due to being understaff Compensation is not good No bonuses for staff They have a hard time retaining staff and seniors, too much turnover Communication!! and having a uniform answer to questions

Benefits could be stronger. Leadership could have more envelopment with accounting department.
