Pros

• The office is located in the heart of Jakarta (Sudirman), offering excellent access to public transportation and amenities. • Flexible hybrid working hours—WFH is allowed with manager approval, and often informally accepted as long as you're responsive. • Base salary is average for a second-tier public accounting firm, not exceptional but fair. • Two of the Partners are genuinely supportive and professional, setting a positive tone for the firm.

Cons

• Benefits are minimal and do not reflect the workload or industry standards. • Health insurance is barely functional—annual coverage is around IDR 9 million, which doesn’t even cover basic hospitalization. Despite using Allianz, the chosen package is impractical. • Overtime is capped at 2 hours, which is unrealistic given that staff often work through the night without proper compensation. • Client volume is extremely high, while staffing remains insufficient—leading to burnout. • Several Managers lack technical and leadership competence, leaving Seniors overburdened and unsupported. • Internal policies are rigid and punitive—minor infractions are met with disproportionate consequences, including frequent terminations without proper dialogue. • Peer relationships are generally positive, but many Managers are demanding without offering real guidance or expertise. • Office design uses a sky blue and dark blue color scheme, which feels emotionally cold and uninspiring—blue tones often evoke a sense of depression. • The workspace is open-plan, but when everyone is present, there simply isn’t enough room—many employees struggle to find a proper seat. • The office is cramped and lacks breathing space, making it uncomfortable during peak hours. • Many chairs are broken or poorly maintained, which affects comfort and productivity.
