      Flexibility (at first), lots of opportunity to learn from constant change

      Cons

      Outcasted if you didn’t start and grow up at BKD. Very limited promotion and pay increase opportunities. Senior management is very dated in their views

      Because it's big it looks good on your resume... that's it.

      Cons

      The head of IT work hours structure On call is a joke - they think they are giving you a bonus by giving you 200 extra per week. You are on call the whole week (you get lots of after midnight calls) AND then you have to work your regular shift.
