Cons

The company says it will look after it's employees but when the going gets tough their assertions don't stand true.

Pros

My team was great. With minimal politics, our work was mostly focused and fruitful.

Cons

Where do i begin! 1.The HR processes are completely unstructured even after a year. Try shooting them an email asking for any clarifications and they will notoriously never reply. 2. Favoritism! Teams/individuals which have a "Yes Sir,Sure Sir" attitude can remain afloat. If you are someone who does not believe in this, you will be left out. 3. Considering the current covid crisis, the management is having a great time by openly telling you that you will only get paid if you bring revenue. If there is no billing for the current month, then you better forget your salary. And as an employee, being told that we must treat this as our good luck that we are getting paid(even though the pay is in peanuts) is ridiculous. The amount of work expected is still sky rocketing. 4. Imagine a work environment where your Managing partner addresses your team as the worst performing team during a virtual townhall. Imagine the leader of your company, who should be worthy of being looked up to, telling the entire team that he is very rich by gods grace and he has alot of money, but he is putting all the efforts for you guys. How demotivational is this? And if you ask for clarifications about your pay, whether its a pay cut/pay deferment, you are told to not ask such questions because the leader has no answer to it, because he is gracious enough to at least pay us something. Such pathetic approach towards your employees is not going to be rewarding in the long run. Being addressed as a team with the worst performance, whose members have a myopic view! Kudos! On being the company that treats their employees like garbage. 5. As much as the entire world is reeling from the pandemic, so is this company. There is no doubt about it. And as an employee, I completely understand it. But to hold onto your employee at such difficult times, you need a motivational leader. Not someone who tells you how bad your team is and why asking questions about pay is something that should be last on your mind. No wonder the attrition rate here is super high.
