      A ton of exposure to a lot of different industries.

      Cons

      If you don't get placed with the right people you fall through the cracks. Work load can also either be nothing or too much on your plate

      Pros

      Some genuinely nice people who are committed to clients and each other. OK salary. Work / Life Balance pretty good. Some opportunity for exposure to different service lines / disciplines, particularly for more junior staff.

      Cons

      Horrendous HR support. Insatiable appetite for profit and growth at the expense of all else! Delusions of grandeur in terms of their place in the market. Shoddy quality of work in some areas and a lack of modern systems to support delivery. Really poor culture.

      Pros

      - Great responsibility. Unrivalled to the Big4 in that regard. - Work life balance is great. - Lots of growth, so always opportunities to push new ideas and watch them unravel.

      Cons

      - Strategy of Consulting is unclear and is siloed by business units and strategic markets, which is impeding collaboration. - Tech needs to be improved. Not flexible enough to offer leading edge on IT related solutions. - Work can be dull. Tend to pick up a lot of odd projects that are very audit focused at poor rates. - Salary relatively poor compared to market average for consulting.
