      Company adpot Felxi hours Can make new friends almost every month as staff turnover is high, if lucky twice a week

      Staff turn over rate is high as other accounting firm Salary is below average and not compatible with experience Frequently change in portfolio Associate need to do anything and everything and senior job only reviewing Very difficult to get promote to senior

      Global firm, nice building, work from home days.

      Cons

      Very high staff turnover, cookie-cut approach to everything, too much emphasis on Delhi offshoring, management don't care about employee well-being, seniors over protective of each other (and employees dispensible), over promises common.
