Pros
Very little. Normal job with no perks bar pay. People are fine bar one bully that everyone is aware of in the office but nobody does anything about, although it is near the LUAS. Certain departments have flexibility.
Cons
Alot. No apprecaition, no perks, overtime is expected and unpaid. During the closure no support wasto be given and we were expected to use our own credit and phones to make calls which didnt work on our platofrm.
