      Pros

      The audit team has some of the best people I have met. I have made life long friends here. Senior management and partners are very approachable and take a personal interest in your career’s success. Your exams and study leave are treated as a priority, rather than work.

      Cons

      We should be a bit more ruthless with clients that are poor at delivering information and bill for overruns.

      Very good hours. Can leave work on time. Very nice people peers and managers. International firm. Fee reimbursement for qualification exams.

      Graduate training scheme is poor with a central training team who don't know what they're doing and constantly change requirements for trainees despite offering no flexibility in the other direction
