Decent salary, flexible working and ownership of your work (no micro managing)

Cons

Bad onboarding, interviewer omitted the fact that id be based somewhere else contrary to my expectations, doesnt feel like you’re part of the organisation or valued as an individual as it can be quite isolated depending on which client site you are based. A lot of travelling depending on your area. Professional Qualifications team are not very good, messing up dates for students and lack of adequate support.
