      Pay good salary to favourites, retain employees by providing 1 month secondment with 1 year contract, same type of work since 2010

      Cons

      The experience of work in Mazars is very niche and has no value in outside world. Work opportunities are allocated on bias ness basis. Managers and leaders only concern on work, no career direction, not working on developing expertise, the knowledge outside Mazars world is vast on which there was no focus.
