      Decent employer Good graduate scheme Partners are really friendly Many social networking event if you want to join Support system is good Clients can be interesting

      Cons

      Some managers can be a little hard to deal with as during busy season they didn't have time to coach seniors/ juniors, but areas they were not happy about might be recorded into your appraisal system depends on your personal relationship with those managers.

      Pros

      People are great. Good location Training provided To be honest the great pro was leaving. Quite hard to find any pros.

      Cons

      Dreadfully managed, poor communication, lack of work and teams not motivated. Absent management team, dreadful IT facilities no pension or healthcare. Low salary compared to big 4. Trainees treated badly and very high turn over.
