      New offices and good parking.

      Cons

      Very long hours - understaffed - almost year round tax season. No additional compensation for longer almost year round tax season - so remember this when discussing salary. Turning into a burn and churn.

      Management needs to be restuctured. The department I worked in, Management was very hard to work with. If we had a project to due it was very hard to get answers or direction. The sad part of this is that upper management is aware of this and doen't do anything.
