      Pros

      Everybody is very freindly at Mazars, willing to teach, work hard, and majority of them are smart.

      Cons

      Busy season has required minimum 55 hours per week but this is normal in public accounting firms. Recently implemented dress for your day which permits jeans in office, allows working from home on saturday, and allows flex work time as well.

      Pros

      Learning lots and given plenty of responsibility. The people in Mazars are very friendly and helpful. Very good social events

      Cons

      The salary is quite low, but normal for a trainee accountant. It is also necessary to work late around deadlines
