      Pros

      Exposure gained to different industries is great

      Cons

      There is somewhat support from senior managers and managers but the role becomes extremely blurred between supervisor and a trainee. A lot of the time you are expected to pickup the slack of trainees and undercharge the time taken to fix other people’s work. Environment can be quite toxic with managers rude, aggressive, no respect for boundaries etc.

      Good Benefits, good culture and values, great people

      Cons

      Usual accounting firm annoyances like timesheets, billable hours, realization and utilization. The “unlimited “ PTO is a little annoying also, I liked it better when you accrued vacation and it was yours to use instead of having to guess what is acceptable.

      Toxic workplace and pay is WAY below industry standard. If you’re going to be treated poorly, you might as well go somewhere they’ll pay you fairly.
