      Some managers can be a little hard to deal with as during busy season they didn't have time to coach seniors/ juniors, but areas they were not happy about might be recorded into your appraisal system depends on your personal relationship with those managers.

      good career opportunities; high-performing working environment where personal development is encouraged; A young, dynamic and pleasant team; competitive market level salary; extensive training in both core competencies and soft skills; medical and life insurance.

      Cons

      Well, it depends on the department which you are in. Although the firm has pretty much of a fixed working time, it has very high employee turnover because of work pressure (but not as big as in Big 4). Tax department is quite small, but one could say that it is a plus.
