Pros
It's a good company to gain a broad experience and deal with many different sized clients. As it is still a small feel business you end up getting involved in a lot you wouldn't in other companies of a similar size
Cons
Benefits are poor, salaries average and the work/life balance can be challenging some days. A lot of teams rely heavily on a small handful of members when the work outstrips the staff hours.
