      The work environment is amazing,the company cares for their employee...the people at sitel made me believed in something more than i can achieve

      Friendly people for the most part.

      Cons

      Pay sucks if you can’t do insurance, managers don’t get the pay they deserve, and if you are in management everything the agents do like not showing for work falls on you...like you can twist these peoples arms and force them to come to work
