      complete waste of time...

      -fruits every wednesday's -pays the bill only -make me wake up early -better than the dole...not sure about it.. -no stress

      Cons

      Without going deep down on the company profile, I can only say one thing about it: a company that hires drug addicted employees who spend most of their time hanging out with drug dealers in the parks of Berlin. Micromanagement seem not to care about this fact as long as they are professional in brightening the image of these employees.

      EVERYTHING!!! Coaches and Operation Managers should ONLY be promoted IF and WHEN they have walked in an agents shoes in that SPECIFIC department for AT LEAST a year! Very few API managers have actually worked as an API agent and most of them do not have the correct answers if you ask them a question. USAA members are very rude and have a God complex. They will talk down to you and play the victim card over the littlest thing that at other companies would not even be an issue. Get rid of USAA, you can do better. No one deserves to be treated the way that USAA members treat us. Stop being cheap and make billing do their job. API IS NOT BILLING!?!??!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!!?!?

      Hourly rate. Experience working in insurance can be used after leaving Sitel.

      Cons

      Hourly rates capped. No point in staying long period. 3 months to get raise promised processed in the system. Harassed re going to bathroom too often. Any benefit 3 to 6 months to process. Red tape abounds. Pressured and micro managed employees.
