      They're often willing to work around busy schedules and in most cases offer full-time hours, but that's about it.

      An emphasis is definitely placed on sales performance, sometimes at the expense of customer service.

      Pros

      The infrastructure improved quite a lot during my tenure, Less work pressure compared to other companies, salary & incentives were also not bad

      Cons

      No Management systems in place, Too many client rules get broken by top management for profit generation because of which usually most employees are asked to resign when the client discovers the anomalies. This practice occurs with alarming regularity.
