Pros

None, there are many work from home jobs

No flexibility for WAH, AAA account will work you like a hebrew slave because of under-staffing, Will not honor your set schedule, change your lunch/break w/o you knowing/always mandatory OT with out notification/ don't be off on tues & come back next day ot is there without notification and refuse to abide by the federal labor laws in your state regarding OT. will retaliate by handing out occurences even if you have PTO, No vacation as promise in contract, no room or opportunity for advancement as promise, Once you're in WAH ERS you will not move any farther you theirs! If Sitel is a good place to work I have yet to see it. No value of Agents, no Integrity

There aren't any, besides meeting some good people.

Everything!! I mean literally across different sites even, this is the worst company you could ever want to work for. I was low level management and I take pride in standing up for the people who worked under me. This company does nothing but crap on employees constantly and try to take as much money out of your pocket as they can. You cannot even defend your employees with upper management as they feel everyone is replaceable. They say that they do everything the same across every site, but that's a lie and is completely up to the site manager. Pay is nothing better than working at Mcdonalds, I was a team lead of up to 40(was only supposed to be a ratio of 18-1) and made less than $30k

Pros

There are no good reasons to work from home with Sitel

Cons

Where does one begin? When you have your orientation you are told you earn PTO which is paid time off, however in order to use your PTO you MUST give at least a 2 week notice. Oh in which they will DENY your request to take time off. IF you get sick and call in to use PTO time, you get a BS occurence. I guess they do NOT know the meaning of PTO and how it is used. You are lied to about almost everything! CHECK your paycheck stubs to make sure they are taking out federal and state taxes, afterall since you are an employee of Sitel, it is THEIR responsibility to do this. Here is a REALITY check IF you have WAH employees, MAYBE you should consider having the coaches, trainers, etc. work from home!!! Your coaches on AAA do not even know what hole is what and for what it is for! This also goes for the lousy trainers on AAA. I know more then they do! As for your SME's on AAA - they should NEVER been thrown back on the phones like the CR's....ohhh but wait they were told, "Let the CR's figure out what to do NOT our problem." A SME is a subject matter expert NOT a call receiver! The CR's HANG for help because the coaches do not know crap....and the SME's can not help because they are on calls like everyone else. NEWS FLASH - PUT the coaches on the phones.....that would be a disaster! I would never suggest anyone be a WAH for Sitel. We work from HOME! QUIT trying to manage my bathroom breaks! Hear is a clue - a break means to get away from your work environment NOT soley to use the bathroom! We can not control our body functions, nature calls it calls! Do not have SOD call my phone and tell me to get back on when I have to go to the bathroom. I am sure anyone working at the brick and mortar can go to the bathroom anytime they choose. Hear is some FREE ADVICE to Sitel - if you LET people CHOOSE their schedule on a rollout you would NOT have to worry about not having enough CR's taking calls! QUIT trying to tell WAH employee's it is mandatory to work OT especially when they are part-time because guess what BRAINIACS??? IT is NOT OT as a part-timer because you do NOT get OT pay! BE WEARY of becoming an agent with Sitel - most people are miserable!! You coaches need to understand you can NOT threaten WAH agents....Keep that in mind! NO ADVANCEMENT if you get hired on for AAA NCNU - once there you are STUCK there as a CR. I could go on and on here.....I have better things to do, TRUST me BE CAREFUL!
