Your paycheck will always be late. Your job is always on the line. They keep hiring people to fulfill their tax credit with the state and then letting them go. There's zero direction and if you're an American, you're the first one on the chopping block when there are layoffs. I once sat through a meeting where a Foxconn leader from China defended their suicide rate because it was "less than the national average".
