Pros

Competitive pay. Exposure to a global organization and manufacturing footprint.

Cons

Too big a company! People work in silos, often not sharing common goals. There is little collaboration across BU´s and support teams. Working conditions outside Taipei are appalling (e.g. HR support, IT support).

Pros

When they needed you, willing to pay.

Cons

An atmosphere that don't welcome other country professionals. They hired you because of your experience but they also wanted you to obey to someone high up there and still compete with your performance. Won't listen to professional opinion. Very backdated manufacturing concept, still living in the past.
