      Excellent employee dynamics; people got along well. made many acquantiances Opportunities to learn and develop managerial skills Opportunities to cross-train and learn other departments

      Work many consecutive days; off days are not too frequent (work-life balance very poor) Big company bureaucracy; hard to get things done Language barriers often prevent tasks from getting done as needed to promote quality customer service Stringent attendance policies tend to temper desire to want to stay with organization No plan for managing organizational change led to major delays in ship-outs and incoming freight; also very difficult to keep track of shipments due to all logs needing to be updated manually
