      Pros

      A great school for a freshman, tough place and hard condition make everyone be tough but you must insist and try to learn something.

      Cons

      Not a good company, low salary and bad system. Seems they don't care the qualification of their employee so you can always find someone with really bad attitude of life. All you can do is try to fix the problem with them and you will learn from the difficult situation and grow with it.
