      Good experience, you can learn a lot. There are many friendly people that worked there while I was there.

      Cons

      Long hours, high stress level, low pay, too much turnover due to working environment. Little to no HR presence.

      got some chance to attend activities, make friends, and learn new technologies. sure, you got some chance if you can bear the boring environment.

      Cons

      1. we use agile here but no cooperation ever, people just do their own stuff 2. bad management, time-consumping. the daily meeting is inefficient, nearly cost our entire morning. 3. inanition. just boring, everything!

      Big Company, good learning place for graduates

      Pros

      It's a good place for the newly graduates to learn the actual manufacturing technologies. Also, there are many opportunities to know the strict requirement of the Apple products. It's amazing to see every detailed process of the Apple product, such as iMac, iPhone, etc.

      Cons

      Opportunities for those talented ones are rare, the rank between Taiwan and mainland employee seems not that fair.
