      1. Good employee insurance. 2. Very cheap lunch

      Cons

      1. Very bad company culture. 2. Will ask employees to join a speech in the eveing and in the weekend. Never consider it is a disturbance. 3. Almost no working hour flexibility, still need to swipe your badge to record when you go into office and leave office. 4. Management is very bad. Human-based managment. 5. Executive havn't been well trained. 6. Not a good place for work/life balance. 7. Only few day off for employees.

      Pros

      Good benefits, great colleagues and a great team to work with.

      Cons

      Many strict policies to follow and things changed frequently such as organization change without notice while working overtime here is a must. Top managements only focus how to keep the factory running, engineering value is consider as second asset.

      Good to shape your discipline mentality. Meet world-class clients and strengthen your people connection. Learn to know how to reduce cost in every aspect in the operation. See how people find their different ways to survive a hush work environment. Get paid better than outside. Test your limit to work in a place without your own will.

      Cons

      Every executives are lambs in front of their superior officers. May get corrupted if you report to the wrong supervisor. Trade-in your family life with the works, get ready to relocate to other remote sites next day. Do memorize all slogans at works and prepare for answering a quiz in the daily meeting. Dynamic and fluctuating work load which prolongs your stay in the company. Always get dragged into unnecessary meetings/con-call just because your supervisors want you to be a backup for his/her quiz in front of theirs.
