      Too complicated intenal process. It always take much time on internal process, you can not do anything except wait!

      -Room for growth if you're at headquarters -Exposure to a lot of process as it is a behemoth firm that is extremely vertically integrated -Do everything yourself (if you're into that kind of thing)

      -No work/life balance -No room for individuality -Difficult to voice opinion -Highly political firm
