      1. Good money for fresh grads 2. Good place to gain experience 3. Once you worked, you will never find a job worst than Foxconn

      Cons

      1. Ridiculous management style with highly political human base management. 2. The HR dept is not capable of dealing with any hr issue 3. Managers seem to be told to intentionally overlook the Taiwan labour law

      Family type of environment, coworkers are willing to help if possible, you'll learn much more than you expect in a very short amount of time

      Cons

      Chinese language is spoken most of the time, not really any perks, employees are undervalued and therefore underpaid

      The pay isn't competitive. Understaffed with a 5 year hiring freeze including no merit raise for the same amount of time.
