      Pros

      You can make a lot of friends in company because there are too much employees. Free transportation, lunch, and dinner. (if you need to work overtime)

      Cons

      There are no rules in company, it will be changed anytime. Don't expect you will get the reasonable salary and bonus. Work hard is not equal to get more.

      a wealth of knowledge, data, expertise and commitment to excellence lots hard-working colleagues strong command-and-control culture to get things done quickly

      Cons

      lousy pay management expect everybody to work excessive overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays very poor internal personnel management, no transparency what so ever lots internal politics, be very careful whom to talk to
