They put Americans employees in the pedestal, but they treat others racial employees as slaves. Face culture (面子) Avoiding blame is a thing, People may not admit mistakes openly, Politics can exist under the surface. Hierarchical culture, Strong top-down decision making, Seniors > juniors, always, Challenging ideas can be sensitive. Long hours = normal, not exception, Staying late is low-key expected, “Leaving on time” can feel like you’re not committed, Work-life balance is… yeah, not great.
