Pros

Free food on Fridays and free drinks, cool hackathons, new office soon

Cons

CEO needs to spend more time doing CEO things. Does not set a good example when he waste his time being middle manager, cc whole company about features. Everyone is scared and just agree and obey. Also spend a lot of time being social media star on Twitter

Pros

Free food and drinks Life Insurance HMO Gaming Area

Cons

Low salary and almost no opportunities to grow, their system and some other management people will even hold you back from career growth. They will ask you to do tasks that are not in your job description without giving a salary increase.

Pros

There's potential for career acceleration if you know how to navigate the company.

Cons

A lot of senior staff have quit over the past 2 months without anybody blinking an eye. It feels like something catastrophic is about to happen and the smart people are getting out early.
