Pros
Amazing working environment in large beautiful offices in the heart of Sydney CBD. Great culture, smart yet very fun and inspiring people. Flexible working hours. Very generous in terms of Christmas parties, half yearly celebrations, fresh fruit, yummy snacks, beer and Friday lunches.
Cons
Prior to Freelancer, I came from an extremely corporate environment which had clear manuals, very defined role and team structures & policies and procedures in place. Freelancer, being a young company, lacks this which at times can be difficult however it allows you to learn more in the long run and provides employees with the opportunity to make a difference.
