Pros

If your primary concern is nutrition, they do offer some perks like daily snacks and a Friday lunch.

Cons

If I were to evaluate this company on a scale that dipped below zero, I might be inclined to do so. It's imperative to clarify that this isn't a critique from the perspective of a gig-worker or freelancer. Rather, it's an insight from an internal employee, aimed at those contemplating joining this organization. It appears to be a vessel that's not only taking on water but also seems to be fostering an environment of inequality, evident nepotism, and undervalued labor. The CEO, in his fervor for artificial intelligence, seems to have lost touch with the fundamental principles of human interaction and respect. The concept of genuine leadership appears to be absent. There's a palpable lack of respect for the CEO, and it seems that many are merely going through the motions, waiting for an opportunity to undermine their colleagues. The company's financial health, from what I can discern, is not robust. The teams that interact directly with customers seem to be in a state of disarray. There's a noticeable absence of structure, mutual respect, incentives, and opportunities for professional development or upskilling. One cannot help but observe the high turnover rate among the staff. It's rare for individuals to remain in their positions for more than six months. Such a pattern is often indicative of deeper, systemic issues within an organization, issues that, in this case, appear to be consistently overlooked.
